Day 4 puts emphasis on students taking control of their knowledge and putting it into practice by demonstrating that they are ready to work through 8th grade texts without help from a teacher or their peers.
Materials needed for Day 4:
Memories- Good and Bad Article (paper copies can be accessed by clicking on the title, however this can be assigned in ReadWorks.
Students may want to utilize Snap & Read Universal to read the article to them for ease of comprehension. The image below is how a student's screen would look if they are utilizing this tool:
